I love Bobs Repairs so much. The guy that takes care of me and my moms ac and appliances is so awesome. He comes in, tells us what the problem is, and asks us if we want it repaired before he does a thing. They tell you they will be there at 9 and damnit they are there by 9.

The guy is polite, knowledgible, and tells us what is happening every step of the way. I love that. That way, we know NOT what to do and WHAT to do.
