As most people probably know by now, I think Carrie Underwood is thee best singer to ever hit the stage, and have thought so since the very first day of American Idol when she sang. People ask me all the time, what I think was the turning point for CArrie on American Idol, when she was still in a tight race for the crown. My answer is simple, it was when she performed "Angels brought me here", which was still early in the show, but she utterly blew away everyone from that night on. Do I like Carrie for her looks? Of course I do, she's probably the prettiest woman on the face of the Earth. But I love Carrie for her music which I think will outsell any other performer by the time her career is over. To me, my favorite performer woul;d have to be Carrie. At 23, she's broken a heck of a lot of records already, and its still not over. As of me posting this, her very first album has hit the quadruple platinum status, and is still going strong. Anyone know anyone else that did that? The answer is no!
