People often call us asking how much it will cost to repair this is repair that. The Honest truth is, if anyone tells you a price over the telephone, they are lying to you. There is no way we can quote a price over the phone without first seeing the problem. Most of the time, customers say, "my motor is making a noise", and when we get there, its nothing more than a loose belt or something. If we quoted the price of a motor on the phone, it would probably be over $100 more than the belt.

We at Bob's have found that most other repair shops in our area charge $59 or more to come out and diagnose the problem. Then, sometimes, that charge isn't even applied to the repair. We feel that's too much to pay to find out if you want the appliance repaired or not, and that's why we only charge $20.....and we put that $20 toward the repair.

How can anyone go wrong by paying only $20 to find out how much the appliance will cost to fix? Why pay $59 or more?

We believe in low cost, refer backs for our business and its working fantastic.

What does this mean??

We repair your appliance at a low cost. You give Bob's Appliance as a referral, and we do the same for that customer.

How does this work? Easy! In the end, we get 20 customers at $20, while the competition gets 2 customers at $59. Who makes out better?
