VENT CLEANING
We had called around for service on our refrigerator for three days, getting answering machines and no call backs. When we did get a return call, we were told it would cost $65 just to come and diagnose the problem. Finally, we were told about Bob's Repairs. We called and we had a return call within 15 minutes. We were told it would cost $20 to come out, but that would be applied to the bill if we decidied to get it fixed. The man that came out from Bob's was professional and courteous. He told us what the problem was, and how much it would cost. In the end, it cost us $55 which was less than most of the other places service charge.
Thank you Bob!

Laundry Room Maintenance Tips
Washing Machine
Don't spray pre-wash stain removers onto clothes on top of washer; they can corrode painted and plastic parts.
Change in-line water filters annually to ensure an unrestricted flow of water to your washer. Remember, there is a filter at both the hot and cold water inlets, just inside the intake ports where the supply connectors attach.
Inspect supply hoses and drain hose. Replace if creased, crimped or bulging.
Replace rubber water-supply hoses if they're splitting, cracking or are losing flexibility (or abotu every 4 years).
Clothes Dryers
Disconnect the exhaust duct from the back of the dryer and remove accumulated lint every quarter.
Vacuum lint from the dryer heater box. To get to this area, remove the access panel. Always unplug the machine or shut down the gas connection before you remove the panel.
