Preventive Maintenance on Appliances is extremely important to prolong the life of the appliance. Preventive Maintenance (PM as technicians refer to it), is a crucial part of the life longevity of the machine. If yearly PM’ing is not performed, high repair cost and/or new products may be necessary long before it would have been needed. I myself have witnessed the same products (one being regularly PM’ed and the other not), have a different life span of 11 years. PM’ing is especially crucial on appliances that have evaporators and compressors (such as air conditioning and refrigeration).

At Bob’s Appliance Repairs, we hide nothing. We give the cost up front of a yearly PM program that we recommend. We also run specials on bundles, which we’ve also listed.

If you can find anyone that offers low costing PM programs, you should go with that company immediately. PM’ing is very important, and we realize that and offer the lowest prices on Preventive Maintenance programs.

(Preventive Maintenance does not include any repairs unless specified in the plan. Preventive Maintenance is for the purpose of preventing major problems. We give a checklist of anything that may be wrong, and it is up to the customer to decide if they want further work performed if necessary.)
